



All Musical Theatre classes grades k-8 have a two-semester requirements
Tuition:
Tuition is due, in full, during registration dates.
Payment plans may be arranged by speaking to our Office Manager. Tuition may be broken into two
payments.
1/2 of the tuition is due at registration and the other 1/2 is due 6 weeks into the semester. There is a
$10.00 fee for payment plans.
When a class time is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or other Playhouse related reasons, both
registration and tuition fees are refunded in full. If a child withdraws from class before the semester
begins, full tuition is refunded but not the registration fee. Neither tuition nor registration fees will be
refunded or used towards another semester after the first class. Summer camp deposits are not
refundable.
There is a $25.00 cancelled check fee
Attendance:
Students cannot be absent three weeks prior to our Winter Recital or class demonstrations. A notice will
be sent home/emailed with these dates. The entire class depends on their presence and the
performance depends on their commitment. It is the teachers decision to allow a child to perform or not if
they have excessive absences.
Though we are a non-competitive school we strive for excellence in our students and their commitment is
crucial.
Inclement Weather Class Cancellation:
Classes may be cancelled due to inclement weather. We go by the weather advisory, which we check
during the day. If academic school is cancelled we may be open for evening classes so Please check our

Class cancellation may or may not be on our phone message machine.
Make-Up Classes:
One make-up class is allowed per semester. Your child’s teacher will schedule him/her to participate in
one of our other classes, or she/he may set up a 1/2-hour private class with your child.
Drop off and pick-up:
Drop off:
Please do not drop your child off earlier then 5 minutes before class begins unless you stay to supervise
him or her. The teacher is setting up for class and should not be disturbed.
Pick-up:
A parent or guardian must be present inside the building for pickups. This policy is in place to assure the
safety of your child. Students CANNOT leave the building without a note from the parent. Permission
from a parent must be in writing if a student is going to get lunch outside or to be picked up in front of the
building. We cannot be responsible for your child when they leave the premises. We do not have
supervision outside.
Please pick-up your child promptly at the end of class. There is a $1.00 per minute charge for late pick-
ups. If a class is running over you may ask to have your child released from class.
Private Lessons:
Tuition is $30.00 for a 1/2-hour private lesson, which should be paid on the day of the lesson.
Please note that though these policies are in place each child and situation is different and
your child's teacher may make exceptions.
